Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost, we’re here to help. Please contact us if your tracking hasn’t updated in 10 days.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Glowinity is not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your information before finalizing your order.
