At Glowinity, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our products are personal care items and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. Please read the policy below:
No general returns or exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for most products. This helps us keep costs low and protect hygiene and safety.
Damaged or defective items — exceptions
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Please contact us at iecommerce2025 @gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the damage/defect and your order number. After we review the information, we will, at our discretion, offer one of the following:

A full refund to your original payment method (no return required), or

A free replacement (no return required), or

A partial refund if appropriate.
No-return refunds for low-value items
For low-cost items, we may issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned. This is a common business practice to avoid excessive return shipping costs that would otherwise make the order loss-making.
High-value items
For high-value items (as defined by Glowinity), we may require return authorization and return to a specified address — we will provide exact instructions if a return is required.
How to request a refund or replacement

Provide your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Wait for our reply — we typically respond within 24–48 business hours.
Unauthorized returns
Please do not ship returns to any address shown on the website without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused and may not be refunded.
Shipping costs for returns
If we authorize a return, we will clearly state who pays return shipping. For most authorized returns due to our error (damaged/defective), return shipping will be covered by Glowinity. For returns due to customer preference (if ever permitted), return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
